Dropped my two dogs off on June 29th. Paid almost $800 cash right then. Told them i'd be back to pick them up on Sunday July 12th. Was told they were only open for one hour on Sunday from 5pm-6pm. The lady told me if my plane was delayed they'd be fine until 10am Monday morning. No problem. Well I guess the rules changed while we were gone. I showed up on Sunday right at 5 to pick them up.
