better organization on how they verify, process, and distribute orders. 2 hours is a RIDICULOUS wait time when you have ordered in advance and paid. I realize shortage of staff and extra volume due to Mother's day were contributing factors. when you give your name, order details to 3 different people and NO ONE even follows up on the status; that is horrible customer service!

The staff alone make Copeland’s worth visiting! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and there is something for everyone on the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The host, AbbyGail was so considerate! The waiter, Daniel was the BEST! There was another gentleman, probably the manager, that made us feel like family! The entire team played with our children & treated us like lifetime friends! The food was incredible!!!! We will be back for sure!
