I love this restaurant on Cobb Parkway. They always treat their customers very courteously. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Went to Copelands today for a Mother's Day brunch and found the customer service to be horrendous. There were 2 employees that deserve to be mentioned by name for making this experience less than desirable. First there is Katrina who is a front desk hostess who is extremely rude and a manager by the name of Mike. I will never dine here again and hope that I can reach all of fb friends and family to never dine there either. Poor poor poor customer service.
