Joe is very detail oriented & pointed out the issues & what would need to be addressed in next few years. Caught some electrical issues that could have caused some big issues, but we were able to address them before closing. Would definitely recommend Joe to anyone & everyone!
Thorough inspection with excellent attention to detail. Joe will walk through the property with you and explain everything he finds. After inspection you get a detailed report with pictures and explanations of what's wrong and how to fix it. Great value that could save you thousands on your home purchase.
I used his services twice now, and was very happy with the results. Easy to talk to and will take you thru the house and go over everything he found that was wrong. And even take the time to explain why it's wrong and answer any questions. Even if you have questions later on, he is really good about responding back quickly. I found him to be very meticulous and was impressed with his knowledge. Highly recommend!!
