I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. My experience was awful.!
I waited an hour to be seen for over an hour, just to be told by receptionist Teresa that every is at lunch. So unprofessional..
Can’t rate the Dentist because he has not had any contact with me, but his front desk staff is horrible. They never answer the telephone. This really makes this establishment look bad. I have tried to call them for days and have always gotten a recording, telling you to call back. This is not good business.
I stopped going to this dentist for lack of professionalism. I would only go for emergencies. Well now I will not go back for even that. They made a scheduling mistake last week and with COVID19 I really don't want to go since I have an infant son but like I said Emergency. So I get there have my temp taken and knock on the door per protocol....no answer, so I call 6 times no answer....kept knocking no answer. Well now no patient.
Very great Dentist! When I came in for a filling, Dr. Copeland made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I had great results at the end, and I would recommend everyone to schedule an appointment to see him.
Dr. Copland is a patient, easy going dentist. He caters to cowards like me. He explains every thing as he proceeds. Very pleasant office atmosphere. They treat you almost like family. The work with you with scheduling appointments. Staff has excellent chair side manner. I had wor done on a Friday, and had some problems. Dr Copland showed real concern. Told me to call or stop by on saturday if i had any further problems when i got home.
