Worst dealership in the country, service **** is terrible, they never answered phone after multiple calls, left voice mail, never to get a call back. You walk in and there texting away on there phones instead of calling customers back. Spoke to service manager on specific instructions on were to drop truck off, I was waiting and waiting, call back and had to get transferred to front desk to get to service **** (ridiculous) spoke with service **** and they never got message. Stay as far away as you can!!!! Wasnt given proper information when purchasing the care, delivered me someone elses car, tried to rip me off $750 on the trade in vs what was agreed upon, had to chase them for the registration. No one from management contacted me- I had to reach out to them. Then the ** promises me he will make it right by getting me into the car I actually wanted at the same price due to the issues I experienced to find out my payment would be increasing by $140 a month!!!!!!!!!! What a shitshow!

We are currently working this customer to get them another vehicle more in her price range. The vehicle that ******************** purchased had many more options than her previous vehicle, hence the payment increasing $140 a month. The new vehicle will be at our dealership within the next 2 to 3 months based upon the production levels of Toyota. We will fully have addressed ******************** concerns as soon as the car arrives.
