Bill Cameron passed me Mr. Fraleys name after I was served with 4 alleged misdemeanors in my home county my of Rowan County. Mr. Fraley not only got them dismissed, but submitted paperwork to have it expunged off my record. I hope that I never need an attorney in this county, but if I do I'd pay Mr. Fraley whatever fee he wants.
