Very disappointed. Had my lawn tractor for 2 weeks, to charge nearly $300 (stated it was a $375 job & he was giving me a discount). Richard informed me that there would be no warranty on the parts/fix he SAID he had to replace. Got it home, lasted for 2 days. Richard did not make note of the repairs on the receipt. This was not what I expected and will not do business with this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called looking for a place where my dad can take his Exmark mower for service, a zero-turn riding lawnmower. The man on the phone was beyond rude because I don't know what size the lawnmower is. He said there are certain ones they don't work on (red flag). I said tell me what size you don't work on, so I'll know not to bring it there if it turns out to be the size he doesn't work on. Then he rudely said, "Nevermind, they don't"t work on Exmark."
