As always, Tony from Minneapolis Local Furnace Masters did an excellent job with our annual furnace and AC maintenance. He also inspected a duct to find out why we weren’t getting heat or air. The duct was tricky to see since it was under the bed, but he handled it with great professionalism. It turned out the duct was just closed. Tony was very courteous in explaining that its location made it hard to spot. It’s funny how things can look different as we age, but we appreciate the thorough service!
Our air conditioner had stopped working, and I first reached out to another service, but they couldn’t come out for a few days. Then, I decided to call a different company, and even though they were busy and couldn’t guarantee same-day service because of high demand, they ended up fitting us in that very day. I had a fantastic experience with the technician. He sent me a text to let me know he was on his way, and I received all the invoicing, pictures, and paperwork through email after the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My furnace is quite old, but he took the time to explain how to keep it running smoothly and what to expect in the long run, instead of trying to sell me on a new one.
