We finished our home with CCB at the end of 2021 and could not be happier. Our home is beautiful and Rick, Dylan & Grant were great communicators. 5 star!
I would give this builder 2 stars only because our home is beautiful and Grant Copeland did a great job of managing our build towards the end of the process. Dylan Copeland was our superintendent from the beginning of our build up until the last 4-6 weeks. Communication was awful in our opinion. We would ask a question and not receive a response for sometimes days or not receive one at all until we asked a second or third time. They barely returned my emails and after a few weeks , I am still waiting to hear from them about plans for a build.
