My experience with this builder in 2024 was very disappointing from start to finish. The communication was terrible, and the workmanship was even worse. There was little effort put into ensuring the job was done with care or attention to detail, and no pride in the final product. For the amount of money and trust that goes into building a home, this level of service and craftsmanship is unacceptable. We finished our home with CCB at the end of 2021 and could not be happier. Our home is beautiful and Rick, Dylan & Grant were great communicators. 5 star!
I would give this builder 2 stars only because our home is beautiful and Grant Copeland did a great job of managing our build towards the end of the process. Dylan Copeland was our superintendent from the beginning of our build up until the last 4-6 weeks. Communication was awful in our opinion. We would ask a question and not receive a response for sometimes days or not receive one at all until we asked a second or third time. They barely returned my emails and after a few weeks , I am still waiting to hear from them about plans for a build.
