If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. 'Sensitive freight' yet they managed to drive a forklift into my toolbox and damaged it. They wouldn't accept any liability at all and basically just didn't care because i was a cash customer. Really dissapointing service
Very rude
I was really disappointed in this service for how they left an entire outdoor playground that I purchased through Go Easy Online, sitting outside my front fence on my footpath in three very large easy to see boxes with the labels for the contents of the boxes on display for my neighbourhood to see right near a main road. No phone call or any alert to say they were leaving it. I came home late at night and luckily found it still there and not stolen. We had fantastic service from Anthony: he rang to say he would be there around 11-11:30, and sure enough he was there. The package was heavy, fragile and large, but he got it gently placed where it needed to be, all the while having a great chat. Thanks Anthony and Cope - brilliant!
