Second time using COPE and they are consistent. Last time a week late and damaged. This time will be a week late minimum by the time they deliver. Tracking is not updated, even after its late, still shows the expected delivery date that has already passed. Took 2 days and multiple attempts to talk to them. No reply to email. I will not by product of any company that sends stuff with these guys. Expensive Poor communication Usless tracking (picked up and in transit) Rough handing of consignment

I don’t know anything about the company however the driver that was driving this truck was being very rude. I was parking in Loading Zone and the driver started shouting at me. “You cannot hear, that’s for truck only”. (XQ 48TS) that the Rego. That’s just crazy and you can do better. Please check with the person before company reputation is at state.
