Had a really bad experience with these guys. Really suspicious circumstances! Bought a treadmill which had an estimated delivery of Tuesday/Wednesday. Those days came and went with no treadmill. 8pm Sunday night I received an email saying the treadmill was delivered on the Thursday. It certainly wasn’t. I called cope on Monday afternoon and they said I signed for it on Wednesday. No one was home at our address on Wednesday. She said she would contact the driver and get back to me. AVOID Delivered a home gym to my address and lied about a phone call they made to confirm delivery details. The call that they made the day prior solely mentioned; that it is being delivered tomorrow; ensuring there are no stairs/which room it’s going into (garage at the front of the house); and I asked if I needed to be present for delivery to which the answer was no.
