Ag Pro Kinsman has been very disappointing in their sales service. The staff I encountered were rude and seemed to lack the knowledge and capability one would expect from a dealer. It's frustrating because as a hometown dealer, you'd hope they'd be genuinely invested in serving their community with professionalism and care.
