Great Rates, Great Service!
The house looks great after they pressure washed it, it looks like it was freshly painted. The stain job on the deck is even and natural. They were careful not to damage my surrounding gardens and landscaping. The entire property looks brighter after their work. I will definitely call them again for work!
We called Cope Exterior and Deck to pressure wash our house and deck, and to stain our deck. They were timely, professional, and charged us a reasonable rate. We took their recommendation to stain our deck with a product called ABR, and we were amazed at the results. We have had bad experiences trying to find a decent deck guy so we were happy to find Cope Exterior and will call them again.
I am a property manager for a townhouse development and I call Chris Cope every time we need the houses washed because he does great work at an affordable price. I have had people do awful work (damage) at a cheap price and I have had people charge an arm and a leg for good work but Chris charges a moderate price for excellent, detailed work. I have him do rows of townhouses at a time.
I highly recommend Cope Exterior and Deck because they repaired a nightmare but I learned the hard way. I called several people to restore my deck and went with one of the least expensive quotes. They showed up and pressure washed my deck and I had to kick them out before staining. My beautiful wood was frayed but Cope Exterior and Deck sanded it and replace boards before completing a beautiful stain. I wish I would have went with them to begin with. They were courteous and professional.
