Warning! I was a client with cope at this location, when I lost my access they COMPLETELY cut me off from my councilor and my doctor and was not able to even leave a simple email or voice-mail due to me not being a client or insured. The only good thing about this location is the genoa office inside, even when cope cut me off they gave me a discount for me when I had to pay out of pocket for my medicine. I recommend you chose another place if you are worried about your access being deactived.
They go through staff like crazy. You never know who your case manager is because they leave their jobs at COPE so quickly. On top of it you’ll be lucky if you have a case manager who checks up on you, you know because some of us have SERIOUS issues that should be monitored. My therapist left this crap job in like July and it’s been such a damn time waiting in limbo for therapy again. I’m tired of their crap. Don’t waste your time here, try La Frontera or another behavioral health service! Save yourself the headache!

I've always had the best experience here. My case manager and therapist are amazing and the services they offer are great as well.
