I was supposed to come here to cope to receive various services such as case management, peer support, and groups. The only thing I'm receiving is medication management. The groups are run by kids just out of college and are not even knowledgeable about depression. I was teaching the facilitator of the group about the neurobiology of depression. Don't expect to actually get any treatment from this place. If you have some court ordered requirements these people might be able to help you meet those; but they're incompetent and treat people like dirt. Just billing insurance for money really. They do take AZ access healthcare though and I would assume thats where most their revenue comes from.

They never answer their phones never call back and are rude. Not even my case manager calls me back or ever calls at all. How much government money are they receiving by having me listed as a member?.... But not getting any services. You guys suck!!!!
Nobody ever knows what's happening here except the woman at the front desk and the manager... other than that they're totally lost behind the door.
