This place is a joke. They hire kids fresh out of college with no experience they don't know what trauma is they don't know what dissociation is. I had to explain this to Ryan the guy who did my intake. I took a group on depression and I had to explain the neurobiology of depression. The kid running the group had no idea. Horrible not a place for kids took my son there to get counseling while in the waiting room drug addicts came in asking for methadone then they stuffed us in a empty room with a computer to do a zoom intake when I thought it would be in-person lady said it would take a 1 hour but 2 hours later my son had already stopped listening to the lady and just keep saying yes with out listening to the questions she was asking he was looking at the wall and keep saying I want to go already and because they don’t pay for a zoom account ... read more
All of these other reviews are from years ago! As of September 2026 have 9 months of experience with this clinic. No negative issues. Very helpful. Polite. Attentive.

This is supposed to be my health home, but the only services I'm receiving here are meds from a psych nurse. He is excellent! He gets five stars. The one star is because I'm not receiving any other services from cope even though according to the state it's my health home. They told me I didn't qualify for therapy I didn't quote that I didn't qualify for groups. And it took them one year to assign me a case manager who said she had so many clients that she could only call me once a month and that was the extent of her service... read more
