This is supposed to be my health home, but the only services I'm receiving here are meds from a psych nurse. He is excellent! He gets five stars. The one star is because I'm not receiving any other services from cope even though according to the state it's my health home. They told me I didn't qualify for therapy I didn't quote that I didn't qualify for groups. And it took them one year to assign me a case manager who said she had so many clients that she could only call me once a month and that was the extent of her service... read more

I am SMI designated yet Bridget My case manager told me I don't qualify for therapy there and I don't qualify to attend any groups there. Bridget also volunteered to be my peer support but her services were limited to a once a month 30 minute phone call. She never did an intake we never did goals nothing. I have SMI designation and was told by Bridget who was my case manager and offered to be my peer support but then backed out because she said she just got dumped with many new clients and didn't have time for me. She also told me that I don't qualify for therapy which is untrue and she said none of the groups would apply to me and uninvited me to attend any groups. They are useless. On paper they assign you a case manager and if you're lucky a peer support. But that's where it ends. I was told they have too many clients to help in an effective measure. Don't waste your time here. My " case manager" Bridget told me herself that she did not have time for me that she had too many clients. All their groups are run by newly graduated college kids with no experience. I had to educate the group facilitator on depression and the neurobiology behind depression.
