Very friendly staff and reasonable doctor that helped a lot. Easy to understand and made me feel safe.
Cope is a horrible place. They make appointments than reschedule without contacting the client. The front desk is rude. They are more concerned about profiling you than actually helping you. Pick another doctors office. Cope doesn't care about their clients at all.
This location has not communicated well with me as a client
The women that answer the Phone Do not want to help you. Obstructionist, is the correct term for it. They enjoy being mean and they are good at it. Especially joanna. They need fired.
