Ashland Inc. (formerly Hercules Inc.) has conducted business with The Cope Company for 20+ years. Cope provides salt for our Boiler House water softeners as well as sidewalk salt for the winter months. Cope continues to provide excellent service, and it has been my pleasure to work with Cope, especially Lisa Wysocki who has also become a friend. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Cope.
I usually don't participate in Reviews. However, today is worth noting. I was swiftly met in Cope's parking lot by a gentleman who offered to help me decide on materials for ice melt on residential driveway. Within five minutes he loaded 12 50# bags and I was on my way. This gentleman was the President of Cope's Company, who happened to be available and kind enough to help me. Thank you, Ron!! The ladies in the office are always so friendly, too. Highly recommend their products and business.
They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the different products they sell. They had the ice melt when all the places in the area were sold out for the snow storm 01/25/26
We can’t thank Cope Salt enough for their exceptional service this winter! On numerous occasions, when we found ourselves in a pinch with the snow piling up, they came through for us every time. Their team delivered exactly what we needed right to our property, and each time it was in a timely manner. It’s rare to find such reliable and professional service, and we’ll definitely continue to work with them moving forward. Highly recommend!
