I have been coming here since I was an infant and only had two doctors during that time. Dr. Scott Phillips was awesome and now Dr. Amanda Stover. I've always received excellent care by both doctors, however, the other staff running the facility now sucks! The Liberal cashless society exists here, you must have plastic. 😡 The front office staff talks about you while you wait in the lobby for your room, by the way, somehow they managed to check me out before I was even given a room and seen. This facility is great from checking in, the nurses, down to Dr. Hopple. They are very friendly and helpful in every way.
My physician (CNP Biederman) was helpful and understanding of my needs. I felt taken care of. It's harder and harder to find a good family physician but I've found mine.
Dr Rhinehart and the staff are exceptional. The office staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Rhinehart is so warm and friendly and always listens and addresses my concerns.The nurses are so warm and courteous. This practice feels like family.
