This local office is run very unprofessionally. I presented and was ignored for a while while one front desk person was interrogating an elderly patient about subjects that should have been HIPAA protected, such as if he was depressed, or concerned about money and what ailments he had. Those were questions meant for a room. The other front desk person continued to converse with a medical assistant and both were loud, inappropriate and acting unprofessional for a provider’s office. Dr Stover is the best! She listens and answers all my questions, great quality care
I've been a patient of Tri-County for about 6 or 7 years now and have always felt well taken care of. The doctors there take time to answer questions and explain what's going on in my body and what they're doing to fix me. Dr. Robin Franz is now my permanent doctor. I've been seeing her as my primary for a little over a year. She makes me feel comfortable to talk about my aging. I have been going to Tri County Family physicians since 2001 and I Love my Doctor! My 6 girls and Husband are patients of Dr. Melissa Hopple. We don’t know what we are going to do when she retires! Dr Hopple, as well as all the Dr’s and staff at Tri County, Family Physicians are Caring, Kind, compassionate, understanding. Of your looking for a Doctor, call them. I have been coming here since I was an infant and only had two doctors during that time. Dr. Scott Phillips was awesome and now Dr. Amanda Stover. I've always received excellent care by both doctors, however, the other staff running the facility now sucks! The Liberal cashless society exists here, you must have plastic. 😡 The front office staff talks about you while you wait in the lobby for your room, by the way, somehow they managed to check me out before I was even given a room and seen.
