This local office is run very unprofessionally. I presented and was ignored for a while while one front desk person was interrogating an elderly patient about subjects that should have been HIPAA protected, such as if he was depressed, or concerned about money and what ailments he had. Those were questions meant for a room. The other front desk person continued to converse with a medical assistant and both were loud, inappropriate and acting unprofessional for a provider’s office. Dr Stover is the best! She listens and answers all my questions, great quality care
I've been a patient of Tri-County for about 6 or 7 years now and have always felt well taken care of. The doctors there take time to answer questions and explain what's going on in my body and what they're doing to fix me. Dr. Robin Franz is now my permanent doctor. I've been seeing her as my primary for a little over a year. She makes me feel comfortable to talk about my aging. I'm sure some of the stuff I worry and ask about is kind of dumb but she always listens and eases my worries. I give 5 stars because all of the staf... read more
