what’s the point of having an appointment for pickup if they make you wait 2 hours to bring a car out. such a bad company with zero respect for anybody else’s time or money
Una mala experiencia me estafaron con un carro q compré decía q arrancaba y le faltaban partes al motor no tenía catalizador la batería ibrida ni servía esto q están aciendo se llama estafa , están vendiendo carros sin tener gente responsable q le den el visto bueno a los carros como la gente va confiar en una compañía así q solo piensa en estafar a la gente
Terrible experience. Very rude. Not clear in directions at all. Had to mail form multiple times due to their directions not being clear. Please don't use them.
They don't treat the car and accessories with respect. My vehicle got taken here for an evaluation, and when I came to get my car, the battery was dead. They broke my aftermarket mirror and took my carpet I had on my dash
