They are the absolute worst, unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered! In their mind .....they are the only one who can talk condescending to someone. Especially customers and if they don't like your tone of voice........they will hang up on you and still not resolve the issue at hand! EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!!!!!
do not use copart delivered if you win an auction. get your own tow truck driver
I think this place is cool. I don’t like you can’t go looking around the lot on saturdays or sundays
They will destroy your tags in sixty days without notification. It would have been nice to know before I traveled 30 miles to pick them up.
