Terrible administration, Salvage titles being Sold as clean, When you receive it in the mail is salvage, They don’t give purchase orders, Or bill of sales with documents, Try talking to the office they don’t go out their way to try to help providing odometer disclosures or sign purchase orders, Copart is a great auction but different locations offer terrible administration service

Honestly a terrible experience, my first time using copart. Bought a premium membership, read and understood the contract. Won a auctioned vehicle, and tried to pay but for some reason the money would go off of my account and then Copart would refund me my money. And hence not 'allow' me to pay. So resorted to moving money around in order to pay successful and requested that the penalty fees be waived due to the issue being on their side. But to no avail. Stay away from this location. 0 customer service. And on top of that the manager of this facility will suspend your membership and lie on the report why she cancel the membership. I tried calling customer service but they are unable to help and hung up on me.

I transport from carpart locations all the time and this is by far the best experience I have had at one of their locations the staff were all friendly and very helpful

I own a dealership in Colorado and purchased a vehicle from Copart in Oregon. Copart sent me a title with a defective ownership assignment, to assign the vehicle to me. They have refused to resolve the title issue. Very unprofessional.
