I called to make sure I was able to pick up my personal belongings before I release it for pick up. They said yes and I show up and they told me I couldn't what a waste of time. What kinda of business do you people run.
If I could do a negative star I would. Manager called me a racist this morning and hung up on me. Home of the 60.00 tows for 28 miles on Dollie’s, broken down app that hardly works and suicidal drivers of their equipment. And when you report it they wanna gang up on your and your staff. Have asked for the district manager or regional manager to contact me and nobody will provide information

Very poor customer service at Copart North Oregon in Portland. Front desk staff are consistently unhelpful, disorganized, and indifferent. You can sit in the waiting area and watch the same bad treatment happen to multiple customers—it’s clearly a pattern. Expect long wait times, poor communication, and a frustrating experience. Vehicles listed with keys may suddenly be “missing” them at pickup, only for them to appear later if you insist. This creates unnecessary delays and extra costs.
