Horrible experience. Waited weeks to bid on a car we've been looking for for parts. Got account all set up days ahead of time and entered bid 15 mins before closing just to find out that we weren't eligible because there was additional paperwork that needed to be verified. No indication this was needed prior to placing the bid. Obviously we did not win the bid even though we were willing to put in substantially more than the winning bid.

purchased a car that copart claimed was a clean oregon title but received a lien sale with BIG RED LETTER STAMPED SALVAGED. MAJOR SCAMMERS.
I called to make sure I was able to pick up my personal belongings before I release it for pick up. They said yes and I show up and they told me I couldn't what a waste of time. What kinda of business do you people run.
If I could do a negative star I would. Manager called me a racist this morning and hung up on me. Home of the 60.00 tows for 28 miles on Dollie’s, broken down app that hardly works and suicidal drivers of their equipment. And when you report it they wanna gang up on your and your staff. Have asked for the district manager or regional manager to contact me and nobody will provide information
