Very bad experience with customer service highly unacceptable. Went to get temporary license plate for the vehicle I just bought and I called in because I know it was 30 before closed they said it was fine to come in I came in and they were completely rude and disrespectful, the lady who did not identify herself told me “you we close soon right” after I asked for assistance and I told her I’m sorry and that I called in before I can and the lady said it was fine and she forgot it just tell me your lot number. Quick and friendly service, easy in and out, picking up cars.
After being in an accident and having my car totalled out, AAA (the at fault party's insurer) had CoPart take care of the title and totalling process. They have nice staff, but they also are very incompetent. They first got my vehicle wrong twice. Not once, but twice. Like the one time is bad enough, but understand. The second time was absolutely ridiculous when I told them the exact yea, make, and model. This delays the process. They also gave us the wrong log in.
