Really poor customer service experience end-to-end. Very limited hours for people that have gainful employment. They're only open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with no means to contact them otherwise if you can't call during those office hours. You can find email addresses for some Management online at their website but they don't respond. Take your business elsewhere if you have any opportunity and encourage your insurance company to do the same.

I was donating my car to a charity and they had Copart pick-up my car from my home. I was at work when they arrived to pick-up the donated vehicle so I asked the driver to give the my license plates to my wife to which he agreed. Needless to say that didn't happen. I called the office and explained my situation to the customer service person and she stated that I would need my insurance company to call them to get the license plates mailed back to me.
