Quick and friendly service, easy in and out, picking up cars.
After being in an accident and having my car totalled out, AAA (the at fault party's insurer) had CoPart take care of the title and totalling process. They have nice staff, but they also are very incompetent. They first got my vehicle wrong twice. Not once, but twice. Like the one time is bad enough, but understand. The second time was absolutely ridiculous when I told them the exact yea, make, and model. This delays the process. They also gave us the wrong log in. What a joke of general manager Christine Ward. She is so unprofessional, rude, and evil. Stay away from her and copart all together.
Terrible service. Wanted to register in-store and all I got was a rude, “that’s what the app is for”
