I have vehicles from this location since 2011 and in the past never had problems, but lately this location is a joke, 40 minutes to 1.30hr to bring your vehicle out, they loose titles and send them to the wrong places, also extra charges on storage cars when vehicles has been picked up a month ago... this place is better to be off, they have good cars sometimes but customers service and service itself provided by COPART is horrible, not much help around here... be prepared for anything here, front desk not helpful at all, th... read more
Came here for pick up vehicle.made appointment for 9 o'clock.but arrived 8 am.office staff was nice.but loader driver was very rude and racist.i asked him when I am gonna get my car loaded.he was very rude.he purposely loaded me last around 9 45
Best copart by far that I've been to in years I came 20 mins before they opened and when I pulled in my car was brought to me within 20 seconds
I'd give less stars if I could. I owner retained my vehicle and it returned to me further damaged compared to how it was delivered. -5/10
