Got into an accident and had to have my Car towed here. This is one of the most horrible run businesses I've ever seen with incompetent management and petty thieves working for them. Went to go collect the things out of my car and noticed a tablet I had hanging off the passenger headrest was missing. The manager Wanda is almost entirely useless. They said they would be starting "investigation" But they were the ones that stole it so I have no doubt the investigation will turn nothing up. Avoid doing business with this place ... read more
Car haulers be ready to lose all your on-duty hours. Worst and slowest copart in USA. Update: 2 years later, still the worst copart location I’ve been to. 5 trucks waiting for hours for cars to be loaded. People in the office with attitude when you go to ask about whats going on. Forklift drivers on their phone and some others driving at high speed through the trucks… this place is a circus. Shippers pay good because they know nobody wants to go there, thats the only good thing about this place.
Loader driver did an exceptional job getting me out of there and loaded.
Copart in Hampton has really done a turn around. I used to dred going there because of the wait time. Now they do a great job in getting you in and out in a quick and safe manor. A lot of that has to do with the loader Chris coming back to work there. He gets us loaded quickly and safely and he knows most of the drivers by name. Always says hi when we arrive. So yeah 5 stars for Hampton Copart staff. Every aspect has improved alot. Keep up the good work
