Very unorganized. They do not go in order of the appointments. This place cannot get any worse. Loaders do not know what they are doing. Talked to many drivers and they tell me this is a normal occurrence here at the Hampton va location.
Transporters be aware!!!!!!! you will be waiting here for a minimum of 5 hours for one vehicle. They need to do something about management here whoever is running this place does not know what they are doing.
Worst auction in the world. They need to fire everybody here and get new management and staff. You can be waiting here for 6 to 8 hours for one vehicle. And it happens every time I come here it's not just a one time thing. HR really needs to do something about this location
All of front desk workers and include office manager are so rude and disrespect and my appointment was at 2 PM. I got my car at 8 PM when you ask them question they answering with a hate question. i’m not recommending anybody buying or selling Car from this location
