Absolutely HATE this place!!!! They have the WORST customer service!!! They are ALWAYS behind by hours. This is my 3rd time buying from this location and the first 2 times I sat and waited all day with my 2 kids after having a 9am appointment and let me add that I have to drive 6 hours to get here only to be told at 4:30 "sorry you have to come back tomorrow cause we are done for the day"!! I'm leaving a review because good reviews are less likely to be left, resulting in overall average terrible expectations. I had an unusual issue to resolve and was ultimately facing renege fees and no vehicle to pick up. I had to travel about 7 hours to this location. This is the worst auction I've ever been to in my life. I've been here since 10:00 in the morning, it's now 4:30 in the afternoon, and they still haven't . My appointment was supposed to be 12:00 am at noon. I'm still here now; this place is a dump. Trash
Worst customer service they said I would have my truck in 48 hours last Wednesday still dont have it
