I am very dissatisfied with the Woodhaven copart because they completely ruined the front bumper assembly of a vehicle I paid for in their lot. The picture from the auction sale showed a completely intact front and I received a mangled unusable front bumper in pieces in the back seat!! They would not stand behind this yard accident and only offered to receive back the car and pay me back with me providing transportation.
