They are a damn scam, they publish one car and sell the other I bought a car that turns on and rolls, and it arrived without transmission shaft without crankcase without battery without cables, I had a video published where the car starts the engine, the photos do not show any of the problems The worst thing is that I call and they tell me that the Car is already my problem they only deliver, they don't sell cars
Screwed up the title and after waiting 10 min was advised i have to use a check in when that wasn't what was told on the phone.....
As a title company isn’t it your job to get the documentation to clear a title rather than leaving the responsibility to the customer. You sit at a desk with thousands of number at you fingertips and know what you need in order to clear a title so why is it put on the burden of a customer to sit on hold for 3+ hours for you to even tell me what was needed rather than just returning it in the mail no notes no information on what else is needed just sent back and told it’s wrong. Only reason for 2 stars Ireland who helped me was very friendly. She is the reason i gave it 2 stars. This place is so disorganized!! So first off they make you check in online when you get there via a QR code but there are no clear signs telling you to do so. It’s not like I was the only person to not know to do this. As I waited almost every other person that came in also didn’t know to do it. So I then checked in on line, and people that came in after me were getting helped before me.
