Front desk lady is terrible her customer service skills need some work. I watched her time after time be completely terrible to everyone she dealt with as if we are at fault for her terrible career choice. Had to clean out a wrecked vehicle (unfortunately) but the staff was very nice and it didn't take very long to have the vehicle brought up.
Paid $100 never could bid on anything it's a total scam many better auctions that are user friendly and not a national scam
