The forklift driver is doing a very poor job. I waited for more than 2 hours to download.
Copart was supposed to pick my van up that was totaled per our insurance company. Called them a week ago on Monday to tell them they can pick it up. Was told it would be picked up that evening or Tuesday. Come Wednesday I called because it wasn’t picked up, was told it will be picked up today. Same thing happened Thursday and Friday. Be careful with this branch. The forklift driver refused to load my driver with a transit what weight about 5k pounds onto a flat bed trailer that's 3 feet off the ground and then proceeded to load a ram 1500 hemi that weighs about 6k pounds onto a semi double decker. Management said its policy not to load and then told us it's at the discretion of the forklift driver to load the vehicle (not policy). Stay away. Let a buyer back out of a sale twice against their own policy costing me 8 grand and then made me pay $215 to get my car back after telling me it's a $95 fee. Joke of a company, Crooked.
