From the reading of the other reviews, nothing has changed. I had sold my wrecked car to Copart. The whole transaction period was a circus of texts where the agent kept wanting this and that from me including pictures and title info . The whole time he did not realize that I am ON THE ROAD, and, cant answer the phone. Then when the whole paper ordeal was over, I was told that I would get a phone call from the agent to set up a pickup time. Very unorganized and dishonest people. It's like a corporation of used car salesman. The corporate phone number and the representative at the lot both told me it was the others responsibility to address my concerns so it went nowhere. I paid a large sum of money to have my purchase shipped to my home. A month went by with NO communication from anybody regarding the delivery.
