Horrible experience - assigned a vehicle for pick up 8/21 - they scheduled the pick up and called when an hour out - then never showed up, while it just continues wracking up storage charges. I've called several times and every time no one knows anything about it and just transfer me around blaming some other transport company - it's the company they have chosen to work with and have zero communication with. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
They sell absolute garbage here. Do not purchase from here, you'll need a new motor. IronPlanet is a much safer route. Learn from my own mistake. I am now down $17,000.
Sold me a car claiming it runs and drives. Recieved the car and the motor is seized. I inquired and they said it ran but they ran it without oil. They then told me it was my fault for not buying extra pictures. Terrible service.
