I went in for a facial today and was blown away! I booked online which was super easy and the service was fantastic. Viviane was the lovely lady who did my appointment and she gave me tips about skin care, what would work for my skin, and she even texted me the names of several items that she recommended would help me! Talk about going to extra mile! Definitely coming back.

Excellent salon in Kelowna. After calling around to other salons and getting attitude from other businesses receptionist’s and lack of care to know what I needed, these ladies handled me from the phone to the chair with the deep level of care we all deserve. It’s my anniversary and we are from out of town, all I originally wanted was a filling for current shellac colour. I think if you see / think something isn't right, definitely speak up - I went here as a gift from a friend for my birthday, and it was just a shame because I know they have good results sometimes, but my experience was that I was there for 2 hours minimum too get an infill and she asked if I wanted my cuticles looked after so I said yes - but I had 6 of my fingers cuticles cut off too far, that I was bleeding and then multiple sprays of acetone onto it it was so painful and the day after my fingers were sore and swollen (I ... read more
