Complete incompetence and multiple potential TREC violations - to be determined by a formal TREC complaint, committed by this company and property manager Todd Cop. Working with this company was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a property manager. Multiple evictions, multiple months of tenants not paying on time. applied and went through all the hoops to be told I didn't qualify to move forward with even a viewing kinda feel like they take the application fee and absolutely no communication

SCAM! The agents (Jaime) had me pay money to fill out an application for a home, just to send me a message 10 min later saying the owners decided to go with another applicant. He never communicated ONCE that someone had already applied for the house I was interested in. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
