This is a horrible place. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to take the police with me to pick my car up because the wife was yelling at me in the background (after the had just messed up on my car) and the husband was saying "I'm not listening, I'm not listening, I'm not listening" as I was trying to explain to him my concern. I took my car to Mr. Coot's for an emission problem. He informed me that the car was in total disarray (which I already knew but had not told him). He told me the best thing to do is keep my money and buy a new car, because it would cost me $1500 to get problems fixed. It simply was not worth it. He adjusted a few things in order to help it last me a few more months so I could find a new dependable car, and he did not charge me dime. You can count on Coots for relaibility, price and honesty in a auto shop. This is a family owned owned business for many years but I first heard about this shop a few years ago. Everyone that I have talked to love Coots because they are honest and relaible. I am a female and Coots is about the only place that I take my car to and there is one other place but they will not rip you off. I have had heating problems and a wide variety of problems with my car and they have always fixed it and I havent had any problems afterwards.... read more
