I wasn't able to hire this crew but Dale and his guys were very professional when scheduling me for a free estimate. If I wasn't required to wait on my hoa to hire a crew to repair weather damage on my townhouse I would've already had my roof fixed a month ago! Even the hoa insurance adjuster who came out said the guy who came out to inspect knows what he's talking about and seemed like a trustworthy contractor. We came back from vacation to realize we had a roof leak. Cootes was recommended to us by a friend. I called Dale and he got us on the schedule the next day. I was sent the quote by the following morning. The quote seemed fair and reasonable so we moved forward. We had a new roof within a week of calling Dale!! We are pleased with the service we received. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extreme disappointment! Nothing more than roofing brokers. They just go find a Mexican crew and then will show up to collect payment! They have no roofing materials in their building and don't pre buy the material, have them do it or you will be sorry
I called Dale during his off hours about an attic leak of unknown origin that was causing ceiling damage in a bathroom. Dale was very gracious on the phone. He asked for my name and address so he could put me on the schedule the next day. Around 9am the next morning he called and said he could arrive within 30 minutes. Dale arrived exactly on time.
