I called Dale during his off hours about an attic leak of unknown origin that was causing ceiling damage in a bathroom. Dale was very gracious on the phone. He asked for my name and address so he could put me on the schedule the next day. Around 9am the next morning he called and said he could arrive within 30 minutes. Dale arrived exactly on time. I had a leak in my roof . I call this morning. They came out looked at the roof and fixed it. Thank you. I will definitely call again if I have any other roofing issues
READ THIS BEFORE CALLING: The professionalism, response time, and fair price is second to none. I called because I had a leak. They responded that day and provided me with a fair price quote. Less than a week later they were at my house completing the job. Once complete they spent almost two hours walking my property and cleaning up all of debris. I cannot recommend them enough. My roof looks fantastic, no mess was left, and they were fair and professional.
The guys came out and took a look at what we suspected might be a leak. They were confident that we don’t have a leak, but offered other reasons why we are seeing some mold growth. We really appreciated their honest assessment and the suggestions provided, which included options that they wouldn’t get paid for. I look forward to working with them again in the future and will recommend them to others in need of roofing assistance.
