Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. Zero professionalism, extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. Didn’t even seem willing to answer a simple question and acted like politeness was a problem.
Older gentleman helped buff out a scratch on a rental car while we waited. Excellent service
