I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care and repair quality that I received after taking my vehicle to Coorparoo Paint and Panel. I directly dealt with Brett, who was clear in communication and kept me well updated throughout the process. Brett also made himself available to speak with me whenever I had questions. I will always use Coorparoo Paint and Panel for future car repairs, as the customer service I received mirrored the outstanding workmanship to the repair.
We visited this shop to enquire about pricing for a paint touch-up, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff member was rude and seemed to judge us immediately. The way he spoke to us felt stereotypical and dismissive. Wal was absolutely incredible in helping with an assesment after an at-fault collission. He's incredibly knowledgeble and honest. I will be bringing any future work to him. I know that I'll always be getting a fair price. Legend!
