I had a fantastic experience at Coorparoo Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, Mark and Maddie were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a very comfortable atmosphere, which really helps if you’re someone who Is acutely nervous about dental visits. I cannot recommend Ross and his entire team enough. They are understanding, calm, respectful and gentle. They explain the process clearly, even as they're working on you. This is not the dentistry I recall as a child. I'm the one who avoided dentists for many years because of terrible experiences during my youth. Cannot rate this practice highly enough! They are professional, communicative and provide great customer service. The actual practice is also exceptionally clean. I have seen 2 different dentists and both have been excellent. I was particularly impressed with the care provided to my son who has a disability. Mark was the dentist who looked after him, he treated him with respect and patience. He went through each step with him, showing him what to expect - all the while doing it with a fun spin. Our dentist Rachel is truly exceptional at what she does. She's highly skilled, at the top of her game, and gentle, warm and kind. She looks after the health of our teeth meticulously and gives us the confidence to smile without hesitation. We're incredibly lucky to have found her.
