Brilliant customer care. I had my wisdom tooth out in the chair and was quite anxious about it. Dr Mark and his assistant worked to keep me calm and updated throughout, and made sure to chat with me afterwards to settle my nerves a bit. As I waited for my partner to pick me up, the receptionist checked on me, sat with me, and brought me a blanket. The people here care and are absolutely wonderful.
I highly recommend this practice. As a nervous patient I was greeted by warm and friendly receptionists. Dr Harris and his assistant then put me further at ease by explaining everything and discussing options and costs up front and making sure I was comfortable through out.
Mel the oral hygienist was fantastic. She was extremely thorough and gentle, highly professional and kind. I often hesitate in having a clean, however I have already rebooked.
Coorparoo Family Dental , Dr Mark Dwyer was absolutely fantastic and just so brilliant, I just want to thank Dr Mark so much for a wonderful experience and he was so great at explaining everything and was so amazing and is the BEST DENTIST EVER .
