My overall experience with the clinic was wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The clinician took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Highly recommend this clinic.
This was the biggest waste of time. I have a 2 week old newborn and getting out of the house is a huge challenge. To show up and seek support for managing reflux, and sleep, I provide a very detailed history of everything we’ve trialled to date, only to be told basically a whole lot of nothing, no clear advice, no strategies, just “do whatever works for you”, and being directed to a website. Everyone I've come across who works here has been lovely. The baby weigh station is just by the door, and is always clean and stocked with all the bits you need. The child health nurses are absolutely lovely, and have made me want to keep coming back. I'm also looking forward to attending a session on introducing solids that they offer. Such a great resource!
They have been really friendly and have provided alot of advice with all our questions with our first son
Retrospectively writing this from an incident a year ago. I came in sleep deprived and begging for advice on how to sleep train my baby and get advice on wheening off breastfeeding so I could go back on contraceptive pill and ADHD meds. And by the end of the conversation she's holding my baby (who was crying because she was just one of those babies that just wouldn't sleep well) and then telling me to book an appointment with my GP to get a mental health plan.
