I have reached out to Cooreman Properties numerous times and left voicemails with Steve Cooreman and his secretary about wanting a copy of my subdivision covenants sent to me as well as my annual bill. I was told about 2 months ago bills something will be sent in the mail and here I am still waiting. I purchased my foreclosure property 1.5 year ago and I never received convenient rules or billing information. Very unprofessional and I would never purchase from Cooreman Properties again.
