Upon arriving there were no signs inside that made it clear where the office I needed was. I tried to call to ask where I could find them once I was on the correct floor to only get a machine. Once I finally found the office (no sign indicating what office it even was or if I was in the right place) I was now 12 minutes late and told I could not be seen.
