I regret not paying attention to the reviews about this company. One of my water heaters had an error, so I called on a Friday to request service. Since I still had hot water, it wasn’t an emergency. The technician arrived Saturday morning and later mentioned he needed a ladder. I offered him three different ladders, but he said he’d rather wait for Fred to bring one. While we have used Coopersburg Plumbing many times over the past 9 years and have always been satisfied with the service, we will never use them again after been charged for a free estimate that was never provided. They continue to invoice, but refuse to respond to the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason this company is NOT accredited. We were experiencing issues with a second floor walk-in shower, but failed to receive an estimate after three attempts from Coopersburg Plumbing Company.
