Tam’Ra was super, I think I spent 12 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I had tags in my hand. The extra $35 was worth it anyone needs tags go to Cooper’s tag and title in Reisterstown Maryland…

Waited 20 minutes past their posted opening time. Wasted morning
Went there 4/19/17 at 10:30 and online said they were open at 10 but no one was there and when I called someone answered and said they weren't open until 11. Which I fine I'll just come back at 11 I went to the front door rung the door bell twice no one was there and no one answered when I called. Terrible experience
