The manager Charles is an absolutely wonderful person and will bend over backwards to help people! He got us out of a bad situation and was more than happy to help us! We will forever be grateful to Cooper's Moving and Storage thank you again, Charles for being a wonderful person and a Godsend, knowing how to conduct business and retain your customers! Keon and Davante were so fast and friendly. They switched our bedrooms around in under an hour and very professional. We had heavy bedroom furniture but they did it like it was nothing. Very nice young men. I was told the $75 deposit would come off the total but it didn't. I was quoted 3 hour but it only took 40mins so next time I would want just an hour quote. Theyre scammers, they will demand cash for a job not done and broken. I was texted a price of $933 for 7 hours, and when they had all my furniture on his truck he said I owed him $1198, then asked for a tip. I gave them $200 tip and lunch and they BROKE MY TV AND LEFT MY FURNITURE DRAWERS FACING THE WALL, TREADMILL IN HALLWAY, PAID EXTRA FOR HEAVY MARBLE TOP, ITS LEANING AGAINST WALL. Coopers Movers was a professional hard working crew. First, they came by the house prior to the move to make sure we were all on the same page. On move day, six guys spent over 12 hours working almost non-stop to move my family after the first snow storm of 2025. They even showed up early in a Sunday! My main priority was my special needs daughter and they were very accommodating as we cared for her at home during the move prior to getting her out of the house. Scammers. Absolutely the worst experience. I was quoted for a 2-man crew: 2 hrs $430, 3 hrs $540, 4 hrs $650, up to $980 for 7 hrs, including truck and fuel. On moving day I asked for a later arrival and was told they’d confirm, but no one did. After delays, I was suddenly told they were sending a 3-man crew at $175/hr.
