Best bar b q in town. We had a group of 40+ go through the line tonight. All of the food was excellent. Ribeye steak, sirloin steak, beef ribs, pork ribs, pork chops and all the trimmings were excellent. Even the special appetizer provide by Barry was super good. A big thanks to Coopers and Barry and his staff. Excellent food and service.

Religious experience: Growing up on the Southeast coast, you kind of believe that excellent barbecue is all about the pork. Oh, no no no, my friends... It's all about the beef. Cooper's brisket and beef ribs are the only know cure for vegetarianism. Their pork ribs and Lockhart-style sausage are amazing as well, but when in Rome...Stop in. You won't soon regret it.
The best barbeque in the world. Fab Everything. Visited a year or two ago, nowhere else is anywhere near as good as this place.

Worst sliced beef I ever ate, 1st pound fat and gristle filled, second pound was hard to chew up so tough, threw away and left. This location sucks, nothing like Coopers in Llano or New Braunfels.
Outstanding Texas Bar-B-Que! The beef brisket was off-the-charts good! The manager, Shawn Whitlock, took great care of my large team and me, working with me on arrangements via email in the weeks leading up to our visit. Great customer service is, unfortunately, hard to find these days, but it is alive and well at Cooper's - thanks to Shawn and his staff. Highly recommended!
