Being from Oklahoma I can only wish we had the BarBQ you guys have down south. Any one complains about bad BarBQ needs to come to Oklahoma. Took my family to Coopers yesterday and you guys killed it. We had ribs, (beef and pork) pork chops, sliced brisket, jalapeno sausage, and jalapeno mac and cheese. In and out in 30 minutes. My 2 favorite places for BarBQ are Coppers and Franklin's. Heck I might even move to Texas.
