The beef ribs, pinto beans, brisket, and pecan cobbler were all excellent. They brag about the pork chops, but even though they are huge and taste great, they were just a little on the chewy side. In a previous trip, we had pork ribs which were tasty and tender. The only warning I have is to get there a little earlier than some places, because they tend to run out of brisket.

Very well seasoned meat, no sauce needed, and good sides too. Free really good beans! The only thing is they are too pricey.

The smoked chicken tasted old, the prime rib was raw on the inside and way too much black pepper on the outside. The brisket was uninteresting and the sauce was oily and vinergry. It was $78 for two people.
