Always great...friendly staff...good smoke and sides.
Ordered pulled pork, didn’t realize all their pork came with sauce, I don’t like sauce, but I didn’t notice until we had sat down; I took it back and they gladly changed it, no problem, for a boneless pork chop which was very juicy and cooked to perfection. Customer service is alive and weak here in the stockyards.
Every thing here is great . The brisket and the beef rib are delicious. Not quite as good as the brisket at City Market in Luling but very close.
we Were just in town for a meeting and wanted some real good Texas barbecue. So glad we went the brisket and the sausage was awesome. Great experience
I am never disappointed. Then beef ribs dunked. Sausage is fantastic, grilled corn on the cob you can't go wrong.
