We spent $60 for two people and it was the worst brisket I’ve had. It was mostly fat and tasted like a roast. Do they not trim briskets here?

Brisket was mostly fat but the meat had good flavor. Sausage was bland and cold. The entire meal was Luke warm at best.

Very disappointed in the $45.00 bbq we had yesterday. The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Our brisket and ribs were like leather. And, don't even get me started on that bbq sauce. This was the worst sauce I have ever had. If the sauce is no good then it pretty much ruins the dinner anyway. I will say that the beans, tea and bread were excellent. For that kind of money I expect much better. 🙄
