The place was great. Kensi at Coopers was extremely responsive to all of our needs and made our stay a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use them again!
I had a reservation for one of their properties for 9 months. I received an email 2 months prior informing me that my reservation was being cancelled because the property owner didn’t know there was a schedule conflict. This was all done through VRBO so I suspect shady practices here. No phone call to me and I am now scrambling to find lodging for 12 people Beware ..... .
We loved our stay at a beautiful, well appointed, fully stocked home in Deer Valley. Cooper's Luxury Home Collection was easy to work with. They were very accommodating with our schedule and quick to resolve an issue we had with the BBQ grill. We can't wait to stay there again.
